April is Fair Housing Month!

John Zimmerman, Vice President of our own Miami Valley Fair Housing Center, is presenting at our Business Resource Meeting on Thursday, April 14. This presentation will not only provide you with great information but will also provide 1 hour of Elective CE credit from the Ohio Division of Real Estate.

Fair Housing and Your Voice.

This presentation by John Zimmerman will be interactive. It is a part of a project for Montgomery County and the cities of Dayton and Kettering. Each person can voice an opinion(s) on the state of fair housing in our local region.

• We’ll learn about community participation in developing fair housing policy
• We’ll learn how fair housing is implemented locally
• We’ll learn about municipal obligations requiring community participation in development of local fair housing plans
• And, finally, we’ll learn how we and others can give input about what we believe are local priorities in fair housing
