Our monthly meetings are designed to give YOU current and relevant information for your business, and this month was packed full… Not the least of which was the breaking news “right off the press” being delivered to us by Karl Keith on the PROPERTY VALUES of Montgomery County. “Historic Growth in Values” with a TOTAL VALUE INCREASE of 30% – folks that = $8.7 BILLION in Property Values for our county.
Karl shared that 83% of Sales for 2022 were HIGHER THAN THE VALUE OF RECORD – and we all know what that means, prices have continued to rise in our area and sales are pushing numbers on valid sales to record HIGHS. he also shared that 41 of the 88 counties in our state are showing INCREASES IN VALUES. Having this information is key to being able to answer our clients questions – and to better assist them with where to turn if they have questions as to their own property value. Keep in mind, the Final Values are still to be released; but watch for notices by the end of the year. THANKS KARL for all you do for our Montgomery County!!
